• What is the dress code?

  We encourage upscale, stylish attire. No athletic wear, flip-flops, excessively ripped clothing, or baseball caps after 9 PM. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on attire.

• What is the age policy?

  Guests must be 21+ after 9 PM with valid ID. During brunch and dinner hours, all ages are welcome unless otherwise stated for special events.

• How can I make a reservation?

  Reservations can be made directly through our online booking system (OpenTable/SevenRooms/Tablein – coming soon). Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended for brunch, dinner, and day parties.

• Do you offer bottle service?

  Yes. Bottle service is available for day parties and late-night experiences. To reserve a table with bottle service, please contact our team through the Private Event page or email hello@plushphoenix.com.

• Is hookah available?

  Yes, premium hookah is offered in designated lounge areas only. Please note that availability may vary during peak hours and events.

• Is there parking or valet service?

  Yes. Valet parking is available on-site for your convenience. Limited street and nearby lot parking options are also available.

• Do you host private events?

  Absolutely. Plush offers luxury spaces for birthdays, corporate gatherings, and full venue buyouts. Visit our Private Event page to submit your event details.

• What time does Plush open?

  We are open daily:

  • Brunch: Saturday & Sunday

  • Dinner: Nightly

  • Late Night: Friday & Saturday
